The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the hail form, and it is used only to reply. It isn't sold or shared for marketing, the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and you can ask to see, correct or delete what is held.
Who we are
Mostly Deterministic LLC (“we”, “us”) operates mostlydeterministic.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
When you use the hail form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains. We collect nothing else, and use no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
How we use it
Only to read and reply to your message and follow up on your request. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, which processes them on our behalf only to deliver the email (see Resend's privacy policy). The Site is hosted on Vercel, which handles requests to it and may keep standard server logs.
Retention
We keep messages only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. There is no mailing list. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing hail@mostlydeterministic.ai.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Email hail@mostlydeterministic.ai.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
